Our stay was quite disappointing. The hotel felt outdated with broken tiles and cleanliness issues, which really affected our experience. Although there were signs of a good location, the facilities were overcrowded and dining options were lackluster. I wouldn't classify this place as a proper resort for families or those seeking a relaxing getaway.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great, right across from the beach and within walking distance to Bangla Road, we faced multiple issues with our rooms that really impacted our experience. The staff was attentive and tried to rectify some problems, which was appreciated, but the overall hotel quality didn't live up to the 4-star rating.
